Our club is once again finding a way to help people make a contribution towards the eradication of polio while adding a little beauty to their environments. Although the tulip bulb campaign is over, Carol Armstrong, with the support of her fellow Polio Committee members, is pleased to announce the first year of POINSETTIAS FOR POLIO. Hopefully, this will become an annual program supported by local businesses and individuals as they decorate for the holidays.

The attached poster provides sizes and prices.
If you can, please consider contacting friends, employers, etc. and ask them to order through you.  You can collect payment and submit one order for pick-up and do the distribution. Alternatively, you can ask people to contact Carol directly HERE  and they can submit payment via e-transfer to the same email address and pick up their own orders.

After this email, you will receive another email suitable for forwarding to contacts. It will give a little more information about polio eradication.

The orders need to be in by Nov 21, and the plants will be available for pickup Nov 29 from 9am-12:30 at The Common Roof/Rotary Hub.  If you are available to assist with any part of this program, including delivering or storing poinsettias for anyone who cannot pick up that day at The Common Roof/Rotary Hub, please be in touch with Carol.
