Funding Request

Through various fundraising initiatives organized each year in Collingwood, the Rotary Club of Collingwood South Georgian Bay (RCSGB) is able to distribute funds to help support projects and organizations within the community of Collingwood and the Blue Mountains.

 

The club would like to provide funds to community groups and organizations where the funds provided will make a meaningful impact and be of clear value to the beneficiaries.

 

Applications must be received by April 30 for funds being distributed during the next Rotary fiscal year. Please fill out the application form below or download this PDF form and send the completed PDF with any additional project and/or budget information to  cgudaitis79@yahoo.ca.

 

Feedback to all applicants will be provided to the status of their donation request.
